You will either have an idea of what you would like to achieve using resource from the Philippines or you already have a person in mind. This depends wholly on the way you will engage with JustPayroll. In the simplest model, your workers become employees of our PEO and we will therefore be responsible for the payment of salary and taxation. If you employ the workers, this will shift to you and JustPayroll becomes your agent.
