Effectivity Date of Salary Change: May 1, 2019

Start of Shift: APRIL 30 – MAY 1; 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Regular Shift)

April 30 9:00 PM – 11:59 PM – Old Rate
May 1: 12:00 AM – 6:00 AM – Old Rate

Next Regular Shift: (MAY 1; 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM) – New Rate shall take effect as well as for the premiums.

EFFECTIVITY DATE FOR SALARY CHANGE

The salary change shall take effect on the current cut-off onwards. For ‘Closed’ payroll, the necessary adjustments shall be processed outside the system.

RATE TYPE

If the Rate Type has been changed from ‘Monthly’ to ‘Daily’ or vice versa, please ensure that the employee’s salary shall be equal or higher than employee’s current salary.

13TH MONTH ELIGIBILITY

Please be advised that modification of 13th Month Eligibility may result to incorrect calculation of 13th Month.
