Your data and our applications are hosted on Google servers. Data is stored for the lifetime of the contract period with no storage limits.
Data is AES-256 encrypted and all web connections have an SSL certificate. Google Servers back up data daily and code daily, and manual snapshots are made of data every two hours. Servers can only be accessed by authorised personnel from within a designated physical location.

No installation
JustPayroll is hosted in the cloud. No installation or server hardware is required. Run JustPayroll from Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox or Safari.

99% availability
On occasion, JustPayroll will need to perform critical technical work, upgrades, patches, or deployment of new features. These are delivered via a service window. We promise to invoke a maximum of one service window per month, not exceed three hours per service window and provide 48 hours notice.
Support
A customer success manager will be assigned to you during setup and training. They personally ticket any problems you encounter with the support staff. They can be reached during business hours. It is unlikely you will require after-hours support, as we conduct two parallel payroll runs during setup to ensure computations are correct.
Easy integration
All functions and most data housed in JustPayroll are available through our API. The data is provided securely with AES-256 encryption. Our API means payroll organizations can integrate their HR infrastructure with JustPayroll, or build new applications from scratch on the JustPayroll platform.
