Schedule

Work Hours

This configuration is significant if the schedule is at night shift (ex. 6PM to 3AM). These will determine how to breakdown the no. of hours to different day types. These are applicable for time entries only.

Day Type of Shift

This field is used for what day type to represent the shift.

Start of Shift

Ex. Schedule 6PM (Mon) – 3AM (Tue-Regular Holiday)

OD = 8

ODND = 4 (10PM to 3AM minus Assumed Break Time Real Time

Ex. Schedule 6PM (Mon) – 3AM (Tue-Regular Holiday)

OD = 8

ODND = 1 (10PM to 12AM minus Assumed Break Time)

RH = 3 (12AM to 3AM)

RHND = 3 (12AM to 3AM)

*where Assumed Break Time is 5th Hour

Exemption: In case the schedule occurs on a work day and a rest day. Example: 6PM (Friday) to 3AM (Saturday) where Saturday and Sunday are rest days based on configuration. The real time concept will not apply for the time that occur in a rest day when it is worked as a regular working schedule. OD = 8, ODND = 4.

Day Type of Overtime

This field is used for what day type to represent the overtime renderred.

Start of Shift

Ex. Schedule 6PM (Mon) – 3AM (Tue-Regular Holiday) with 1 hour overtime

ODOTND = 1 (3AM to 4AM)

Please note that this is selectable only if the Day Type of Shift is Start of Shift.

Real Time

Exemption: In case the schedule occurs on a work day and a rest day. Example: 6PM (Friday) to 3AM (Saturday) where Saturday and Sunday are rest days based on configuration and there is 1 hour overtime. The real time concept will not apply for the time that occur in a rest day when it is worked as extension of the regular working schedule. OD = 8, ODND = 4, ODOTND = 1.

Break Hours

NTH Hour

This field will be used for timekeeping calculation if Break Time Shift Type is Flexible, Schedule selected is at least 9 hours, Break is not paid, and Employee has No or Multiple Break In/Out. Given the conditions, the system will assume the break time based on the selected hour. This is applicable only for Time Entries. This is significant if the schedule is at night shift wherein working time falls under two different days.
